10.1 Batch Upload Queue

When processing a full season of podcast episodes or entire lecture series, Batch Upload handles the workload automatically:

Workflow:

  1. Click "Batch Upload" in the sidebar.
  2. Drag and drop multiple files, or click "Select Directory" to scan an entire folder recursively.
  3. Configure global model and language settings.
  4. Click Start Batch Transcription. Files are processed sequentially and saved directly to your Library!

10.2 Media Library Management

The Library serves as your centralized media and transcript repository:

  • Hierarchical Folders: Organize projects by client, channel, or year.
  • Grid & List Views: Switch between visual thumbnail cards and detailed list views.
