9.1 ASR Custom Term Dictionary

Define specific vocabulary, brand names, and medical/legal terminology:

  • Add Term Pairs: Map misheard words (Key) to correct spellings (Value).
  • Live Correction Tester: Type sample sentences in the built-in test input to verify your rules in real time.

9.2 Phonetic Dictionary (IPA / Pinyin / Bopomofo)

Fine-tune Text-to-Speech (TTS) pronunciation and homophone handling using IPA international phonetics.

9.3 Voiceprint Library & Speaker Groups

3-Step Setup:

  1. Create a Group: (e.g., "Engineering Standup" or "Podcast Hosts").
  2. Add Profiles: Create profiles for team members and upload a 15-30 second clear voice sample.
  3. Auto-Identify in Future Transcripts:
    • Next time you transcribe a recording for that group, simply select the Group, and Scribis will automatically label speakers by their actual names!
